[Develpoing] Talent System (renewal of Destiny System)
Talent system is implementing.
It's basically renewal of Destiny system. But in more of segmentation.
Picture already shows what's what, but I translated just incase
It helps you to train certain skills matching Talent you will choose.
Melee, Range(Archery), Magic, Battle Alchemy, Martial Arts, Music,
Lance, Bless, Ductility(not sure if this word is right one) Alchemy, Blacksmith, Commerce, Cook,
Tailoring, Potion Study, Carpentry, Advent
So Warrior splits to 2, Melee and Lance
Ranger stays as 1,
Magician (maybe) splits to 2, Magic and Bless.
Alchemist splits to 2, Battle Alchemy and Ductility Alchemy
Merchant splits to 7, Blacksmith, Commerce, Cooking, Tailoring, Carpentry, Advent, and Potion Study
Bard stays as 1,
Martial Art stays as 1.
They will also make new skills to fit in talent systems
So far, they have been identified as (there are more)
Wool Shearing, Mining, Egg gathering, Mushroom gathering, Milk collecting, Harvesting (by sickle), Harvesting (by weeding hoe), Wine making
Screenshots taken by Sakraki from Mabi-about.
As of separation, it seems to be it's nerfing the Merchants, people with life skills.
These Talents will now also provide title named as 'Talent Title'. But it seems to be working as Prefix title or 3rd title, at the place of Guild name or Family name is at.. They are changable through menu 1 per real day.
Titles are gainable through what talent you are working on.
Titles are classified as Beginner, Junior, Apprentice, Street, Mercenary, Veteran, Chief, Advanced, First Class, Special, Expert, Royal, Champion, Great, Master, and finally, Grand Master. Total of 16 Degrees. Higher degrees, higher the bonus from using it
Screenshots taken by Sakraki from Mabi-about.
For Grand Master title/rank, you can get only one Grand Master title/rank per each character. not sure if it's changable
To achieve Grand Master title/rank,
20 of "Seal of Great Talent" are required. Also need to be with that type of Talent.
You are required to master every skills that is related to that talent.
After requirements are met, you will get mission to clear, (available only one per real day).
Special Talent is same as Destiny itself. If you choose it, related skills will gain more exp and more stats related to that Special Talent.
Details are still in shape of change. (such as stats bonus or other things).
And they are changing stats limits to 1500.
I hope this won't make people say 'this is overpowered', 'that is overpwered', then Devcat nerf the efficiency of stats, for example, damage per each stats
