Well, I only joined wings b/c the friend who told me about mabi was in it at the time. Roofies was just a mistake, as my friends made it but it turned out to be the worst guild. Pretty sure none of you even heard of it. Joined Gambit because I was desperate for a guild, but I came to not really like a few of the people in it, so I just left.

Why Dreams?:Well, dreams just seemed pretty cool. I thought that if I were to join a guild full of great mabinogi players, then I could amount to higher levels with the motivation I gain from you guys. Also, it seems like a REAL guild and not those friend created crappy guilds that last for like 2 weeks. I would like this experience.

How long have you been playing?: I discovered mabinogi like 6 months ago, and this is my first/only character. Those 6 months also include breaks and such.

What kind of skills/accomplishment do you have?:Well, for a 1.2k, I think it's pretty cool I have master warrior and expert carpenter. I'm currently hoping to gather 1k more AP to max lance skills so I can become a great warrior.

Any other information you would like for us to know: Well, i'm pretty nice and never become angry, even when trolls try to anger me. I always just go with the flow, and I don't mess other people up in runs. I usually try to aid them and i'm a great team player, always thinking about the whole. Also, I don't spam guild chat and do juvenile things which annoy the more mature people among us.

Yeah my app is fine now, I don't see the big deal. I've waited a month to try and join this guild, and I don't think I have another month in me. Please consider my application, as it has not been denied by the leader yet. I hope I get in...

Your reason for why dreams as the guild you want to join seems to some of us that you are inclined to the thought that since some of us are higher levels, that we will aid you through levels yourself. This is the complete opposite of how the guild works. Ask not what the guild can do for you, but what you can do for it.

I have a few things to say that you need to consider if you do get rejected and if you do end up applying again:

1st- Your reason of joining is not very convincing and it seems like you are trying to use the guild. The guild isn't so great because people wanted to leech and gain motivation. The guild is great because of the members hard work in winning GB, doing field bosses and being elitist.

2nd- You aren't very detail oriented. Hell your SS is longer than your application. We do applications to get to know the applicant a little bit before we let them join the guild.

3rd- You messed up on your application twice. Shows us that you can't follow simple instructions. Dreams, is a family, we hate them, we love them but we can't go without them. If you can't follow instructions lets say in a Lord mission and you get us all killed than how are we supposed to trust you? Let alone, how are we going to help you improve if you don't listen?

I strongly advise putting in more thought if you do get rejected and decide to apply for your third and last time.

If you re-apply again, make sure you have improved a great deal, since it would be your last one right? Take your time with the last app, as the members of this guild are pretty serious in looking for the right people.

1-I think you completely misunderstood the reason why I would want to join the guild. I wouldn't want to leech off higher level players, I said I would use them as idols of motivation to better myself. I would consistently join any GB or field bosses, or anything the guild suggests asap. I'm a team player, always thinking about the whole. You may even find a few new players who knew I helped them and taught them the ropes, even though I didn't really understand them myself.

2-Again, I had thought the long app I made last time was viewed by most of the guild. and I was just giving my screenshot and a few basic details. Everything you need to know would be on the other one, but I will gladly make another app if you guys want me to.

3-Well, I would basically be repeating part 2 of this quote, and I find it insulting when you say I can't follow simple instructions. I thought dreams were people who were polite, so what kind of attitude was that? Just read your 3rd part and you'll see how impolite and improper that was. However, I do apologize for not making my app perfect for the reasons I stated in #2 of this quote. I REALLY want to join this guild because my friend Hakusho was in it and he suggested it to me. I've been guildless for 4 months before my first app, and a month waiting eagerly to apply again. Please reconsider this app...

Begging us to reconsider your application doesn't mean it will help or improve your chances, it may even worsen your chances. An application is THE first impression aside from what we know about an applicant already. This is turning sour fast and I can only say for you to stop begging and start showing. This guild is about results and well we like to see what you have to offer, but you're not offering much other than good faith that you're good at what you do.

Maybe it's the good Christmas cheer (or the egg nog rofl) but I think you do deserve a chance. I hope you can be patient with us the next few days as it gets quite hectic this time of year ^^.

Anyway, I think it's an honest mistake but keep in mind that many people put loads of effort into their applications before applying here. It shows more dedication to wanting to be in the guild. That all being said, I'll hopefully get to ask you some questions when things slow down irl so for now good-luck with your application.

Thank you cassa, really appreciate the support. Btw, I think i'm really dedicated because I was indeed rejected before and have waited a month to re-apply. I even tried befriending a few members in the meantime. Hope I get in! xD;

Your application has drawn negativity due to the fact that you have more or less taken what criticism we've given you about it and taken it as offensive. We're the ones that have to make the decision at the end of the week whether or not a person is a good fit for the guild and you're saying that you're a good fit is a giant leap of faith. Just looking at some of the responses shows this since you jumped the gun and overreacted to what Younglink96 said to you about how our guild works and acts.

To me this application is lacking in many things, then again I hold a very high standard and the rest of the guild can vouch that I RARELY find any applications that are worth voting a yes for. First off there is lack of responses. Most of your responses seem to be an inclination that you did not think it through enough. An application is the first thing the guild judges you on and how much information you give us, the better since we can gauge what kind of a player/person you are just from the first few responses. With lack of those we just have to start asking questions and when that happens, you cannot take offense to it due to the lack of them in your application to begin with. Second, you can't just jump down our throats if we say you're wrong on something, you're applying to join us, not the other way where we're the ones that are trying to get accepted by you.

The fact you say that you've waited several months and that is 'loyalty' doesn't mean much to most of us. Some of us have gone months or years without being in guilds and were fine. Begging us to reconsider your application isn't going to win brownie points. All you can do is hope the guild is vote.
